She has been a broker in the Hamptons for quite a few years and knows the market in and out. Very very savy about the market and the location and the process. She is your go to person when it comes to a broker who will help you get through the process of buying and selling. I can't say enough great things about how she helped me get through the ordeal of selling my home. I live on the west coast and really couldn't spend a lot of time there packing up and dissolving 20 years worth of stuff. She helped me get through the process... Something I dreaded and stayed awake nights thinking about. She also helped with all the little things you don't really think about or know you need to think about, quite a competent professional. Cliffeton is true professional with over 2 decades of experience in the hamptons. She knows the market and what sells and what people want. The Hamptons deal process can be problematic but Cliffeton has seen it all and Can guide you thru to close better than anyone. Would be mistake not to talk to her.
