Clelia has been really supporting all the way following requestssssssssss and adapting with the schedule and the market price.
The visit and the materials before visit were more than expected.
Studies of market, taxes, expenses, locations were really well made.
From proposal to closing, Clelia was every time supporting, spending hours during inspections....
Sotheby's should create an extension of 6 to 7 stars rating just for her!!!!
If you want to buy or sales do not hesitate!!!!!!!!!

Clelia has always shown great dedication and resourcefulness in dealings with clients and associates. I am proud to have had the opportunity to work with Clelia in the past and look forward to our ongoing business relationship.
I do not know many dedicated professionals like Clélia. I had the pleasure to sell/ buy many properties with her over the last 9 years. I could not recommend a more trusted professional, who has such an ample knowledge of the Miami marketplace.
We bought our first vacation home with Clélia in 2012. Since then she has been in constant contact with us, offering support while we were away, above the field of real estate. She is always happy to help and prompt to answer, her communication is excellent and her guidance priceless!
