I did not move. I used Mr. Adams to find me tenants for a condo rental. He did an excellent job. He calmed my worries about getting the place rented and is a calm and reliable agent.
I entered the Toronto condo market during a heavy buyer's market, without the stress of competing bids or feeling rushed to make decisions. Clayton was right there with me on that. He was very patient as I browsed many dozens of condos over several months, making sure to find the right fit. Many times he was able to line up multiple listings across a few hours (I think we visited 7 units on one Saturday) which not only streamlined things, but helped me make assessments while things were fresh in my memory. In the end I bought a unit my daughter and I love, in the exact area I wanted, and at a great price! Would recommend!
