They were amazing, professional, knowledgeable. They took their time explaining things, when we had a question. Would definitely use them again in the future.
Amazing service! Claudia and David are the dream team you want helping you buy/sale a home! Incredibly easy to communicate with, friendly, knowledgeable, and give honest and helpful feedback.
David and Claudia were a fantastic team! Very welcoming, accommodating, down to Earth, and super easy to work with. They made everything so simple and were extremely efficient! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home 😊
Dave and Claudia were absolutely wonderful ! We came down from Va. They had the perfect houses and price range we were looking for. We went back to Va and they handled everything for us in NC ! They took all the stress out of our relocation.
Thanks Again !

This was our first experience of selling a home and purchasing a new home at the same time. Claudia and David were very patient with us as many things had to be explained more than once to us newbies. Their knowledge and experience showed as they guided us through the process. They celebrated our victories and assisted with the unexpected. I highly recommend this magnificent duo to everyone, especially first timers!
Having never sold a home and purchased a new home, we were very naive to this process. The Unsicker’s graciously walked us through the process, often having to explain the process multiple times just to make sure we were on the same page. Luckily, they didn’t mind and they really went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way! Highly recommend this realtor team!!!
