Where to start... When we first shared with Clarice that we were interested in moving but wanted a specific type of home in a particular DI neighborhood under contract before selling, she went above and beyond to locate that exact want/need. She even placed personal notes in the mailboxes of home owners in the neighborhood we loved. Once that house was contracted, she sold our home in 12 hours! After moving in, Clarice was once again by our side as we hired contractors to put our personal stamp on our new home and navigated the hiccups of owning an older house.
