Always responded promptly and answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable

Cynthia was fantastic. Communication from her was timely and her knowledge of the area was very helpful. We were very pleased and are extremely happy with our new Riverhouse.

Great service! Really got the ball moving in such a short amount of time. We couldn’t be happier, thank you so much!

Cindy is the best. Her knowledge and kindness was amazing. She works so well with others such as my lender and the title co.. She has a great rapport with the builders and that is a definite plus. More agents should follow her example. Thank you Cindy for all you do.

Cinthia (Cindy) Neumer went out of her way help us get acquainted with Colonial Beach and the local area. She always listened carefully to what we asked and if she did not have the answer, she was able to get that info for us quickly and explained in good detail the processes and timeliness for buying a house in Colonial Beach (COBE). As new homeowners in COBE , we appreciated Cindy's network of contacts for helping us get some work done around the house and helping us get to know the area and the people around us. Cindy's local knowledge and overall real estate knowledge was very helpful as buying a house in VA was a little different than where we previously purchased homes. We highly recommend Cindy and the Coldwell Banker Elite team in COBE!

Working with Cinthia Neumer has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. She is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to her clients' best interests. Cinthia is remarkably thorough-she anticipates issues before they arise, explains each step clearly, and ensures nothing is overlooked. Her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile make the process significantly easier. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a capable, detail-oriented, and truly helpful real estate agent.

Cindy acquired three offers on our property the same day the listing agreement was signed. Two offers were at full price, and the third offer was at 20 percent above list price. Cindy was in constant touch with me from the very first day and through the day of the buyer's settlement. She knew how to price this property, and she knew how to market this property. I am very grateful for all she did for me.

Cindy helped us get a wonderful new home!! We are so happy with our home and her experience and knowledge was very valuable during and after the homebuying process. I would recommend Cindy!
