We had first met Cindy several years ago at a friend's house. My friend had mentioned that her family had worked with Cindy several times throughout their time in the Atlanta area. I asked Cindy to provide me with a market evaluation back in 2023 when we first thought about moving. When we became serious, we met with Cindy again and signed a contract with her. She worked with us to provide names of workers who could provide us help in readying our house for sale. All of the people she recommended were very professional and forthright. We put the house on the market when there was not much movement due to the political scene with tariffs, etc. She answered all of our questions whether important or trivial with aplomb, patience, and knowledge. She held open houses, show the house, assisted with fixing issues when the need arose since we had move from the house early in the process. She provided updates whenever the need arose and provided guidance all along the way. She knew all the rules and regulations of the realty market and led us to a final closing after a few months during which time I pesterd her with questions, disastrous scenarios, none of which phased her with her gentle voice and knowledge. Neither my husband nor I would have worked so well with another agent as we did Cindy. I cannot say enough good things about Cindy. She earned every penny of her commission. Great kudos to Cindy!
