Cindie provided excellent service in listing and selling our property. Her advice and suggestions for improving the sale were on point. She kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend Cindie to list and sale your property.

This was a unique selling process of some land my late mother had purchased! My father and I spoke with Cindie and she was glad to assist us in selling it!! However, we wish it had been that easy, Cindie took the time to get the land on MLS and within a couple days we were under contract over asking price, once the closing attorneys started the paperwork process they discovered one of the 2 lots had troubles with the deed, so over the next 16 months Cindie worked diligently with our attorney( she researched and found the right one for this situation) constant communication with us and finally was able to get back on the market and again had an offer within a week!! We were finally ready to close and complete the sell in early February 2024. This wouldn't have been possible without the persistence, expertise and constant communication from Cindie! We wouldn't hesitate at all to reach out for future buying or selling opportunities!!! Thanks so much for all your help!!!
