Christy Milligan is an allstar realtor! She is incredibly organized, well versed in the housing market, and does a great job in communicating every aspect of the transaction.

Christy made our home-buying experience easy, and fun! As newly empty nesters from out of state, we began our process not knowing where we wanted to be or what size home would fit best in our new phase of life. Christy happily showed us virtually every listing in the zip code, and helped us find a property that we’re truly excited about. She handled all the back and forth with professionalism, and always represented our interests well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Christy in the future! She’s a gem!

Christy is the consummate real estate professional, and knows the area in and around Bentonville very well. All the legwork was done for us prior to arriving in town, so no time was wasted looking at homes that didn’t hit the mark. Purchased two homes through Christy and couldn’t be happier.
