Christy Lynn Beck is the best in the business. My at the time boyfriend, Brad and I began looking at homes in 2021, during the height of COVID. Not surprisingly, inventory was low, which created a significant roadblock in our journey of homebuying. Since then, Christy has shown Brad and I numerous houses and with each door we walked into, Christy always made us feel comfortable with her great amount of expertise and knowledge, never allowing us to feel as if we were alone in any situation. Two years of viewing houses went by with no luck. In the spring of 2023, Brad was blessed with a job opportunity at his dream job, which created and added additional boxes to the list of boxes we needed to check while on the search for the perfect home for us. Without surprise, Christy never wavered from her commitment and dedication to us and finding a home for our family that checked all the boxes on our seemingly long list. At the beginning of March, Christy found a new listing that indeed checked all of the boxes and that we instantly loved. Christy provided us with the confidence we needed to proceed in placing an offer, which was accepted after a brief negotiation period. We were then set to close in three weeks, which also was not the easiest of tasks. Regardless of the barriers that were placed in front of us during our homebuying process, Christy guided us around them with ease due to her vast amount of knowledge, expertise, and dedication. Christy was also victorious in obtaining every ask that we had of the sellers and on March 8, my now fiancé and I closed on our first home at the tender ages of just 24 and 25 years old. We owe it all to Christy and are eternally grateful for her support, professionalism, and the life-long friendship we have created.
