We are a young family with two kids living in Yonkers NY area. We found the need and desire to purchase a suitable home that could help my kids to grow. We are also looking for a house with single story (or with fewer steps) so that we can attend our growing kids without hassle of taking stairs. Our requirements left us only with very few houses in Yonkers area. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.
