The professionalism Christine shows and has is incredible. I was a first time home buyer and moving to Atlanta GA from Central Illinois. She made the entire process so incredibly easy for me. All my nervousness was put to rest immediately. My company that was relocating me gave me 5 days to house hunt. Christine wasted no time at all in getting me around the Metro Atlanta area to look at all the houses that matched my needs - I think we looked at 20+ houses. Every phone call, text message, and email was answered immediately. If there ever was a delay in responding it was only because she was with another client, but I'd always hear back from her within an hour during those times. I've recommended her to others from my company who have relocated as well, and they have been extremely satisfied with her. SHE IS THE BEST, and I would never use any one else other than Christine!
Truth is I have nothing but praise for all Christine has done for my husband and, on the selling of our homes, and the purchasing of a new home. She is very smart in what she dose and if there is something she is not sure of, You can bet she will work on it until she has an answer for you! We have called Christine to sell everyone of our homes which I believe would be a total of 7 homes. In turn she has helped us find our new home and work a back to back closing on all of them....Christine, will not be just your realtor after she sells and finds your new home, she will be a life time friend who You will be calling again! We feel there is no one any better than Christine.
I would highly recommend Christine Moody. She is very knowledgeable and I trusted her as my agent. She sold my house and I was very pleased with her knowledge, experience and advice. She responded to any question or comment I had in a timely manner. I would definitely hire her again should I need an agent in Georgia.
