When other agents were approached, I was told it could not be listed as quickly as I desired. That challenge was met by Christine and Stephanie. They handled all busy work. They delivered boxes and packing materials, arranged for the landscaper, window washer, house and rug cleaners, photographer, and home stager. They provided a pickup and helped load boxes to storage and the transfer station. Their expertise is so well defined they know how to maximize every asset, correct any defect, and fully optimize for an extraordinarily busy open house. They reassured me, eased my mind about the whole process and kept in constant contact. Texts and emails were returned within minutes. Status reports and calendar updates were routine. There is a lot to juggle in a short period of time, and though we are sure she had other costumers, we felt like she was there exactly when we needed her. Despite the exremely competitive market, Christine’s understanding of pros and cons of home we were looking at allowed us to purchase it for just the asking price, though other homes in the neighborhood were going for offers above asking.
