I was slightly disappointed by the inclusion of a 6-month Home Warranty in the contract that I'd previously overlooked nor fully discussed with me. Not a "big deal" but something that should've been been better discussed.
The builder threw curveballs the final 3 months and having Christine there to talk me off the ledge and work out our position was a God sent. She always knew who to contact and the terms of my contract. She’s awesome, I couldn’t be more satisfied with her assistance.
