We had an excellent experience working with Christina and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Carson City area. Since we were new to the area, her local knowledge was invaluable. She provided clear, honest guidance about the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and helped us better understand our options. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. We could often view properties the same day, and she consistently responded to our calls, texts, and emails quickly and with helpful information. We also really appreciated how generous she was with her time. She patiently walked us through documents, spent time viewing homes with us, and was always willing to discuss our options and answer questions without ever making us feel rushed. When we encountered some difficult negotiating points involving repairs and personal items left at the property, she guided us through those conversations professionally and thoughtfully. Her knowledge, responsiveness, patience, and dedication made the home-buying process much easier, especially as newcomers to Carson City. We are very grateful for her help and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive real estate agent.

Christina was always ready and able to answer any questions we had and represented us well in the transaction of selling our house. Everything was completed in a timely manner and was a stress-free experience.

Christina did a fantastic job helping us find an incredible home and keeping us on track through the purchase steps Always on top of every step or issues and stayed in communication throughout the entire process We would definitely recommend her for any real estate needs It’s great to have such an experienced agent in this area

Christina proved to be a phenomenal Realtor! She was refreshingly personable yet definitely fiducial throughout our buying process, had a great sense of humor yet was seriously transparent and pulled no punches when it came time to make an offer, and she aggressively coordinated everything on our behalf behind the scenes--from inspections to title company issues to unforeseen contingencies. She was constantly available, willingly addressing our questions and even selflessly routing paperwork for us after 8:30 PM on a Friday night. Yes, she has multiple NAR credentials and some 20 years of battle-hardened real estate experience, but it's her genuine care for community, family, and her clients that sets her apart from the multiple other real estate professionals with whom I have worked in the past. Thank you for everything and keep up the stellar service, Christina!

It's hard to think of anything else Christina could have done to facilitate our recent home purchase. As a first-time home-buyer, I found her assistance to be invaluable.

Christina was always very responsive and on top of every aspect of the transaction. She advocated for us from a position of strength and went out of her way to assure that the other party took did the right thing. I was very impressed with her and will work with her again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

Christina is an incredible person and real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, easy to contact with any questions and gets back to you very promptly. She keeps you updated through the whole process. If I could give her a 100, I would. Highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.
