If you are looking for a realtor look no further , Christina Howard is incredible . She is very knowledgeable and truly cares !!!!! Christina takes the time to explain every step of the process, keeping you constantly updated . If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have found and purchased a lot in Hampstead. She is a realtor with a passion and gift for helping people make their dreams come true .

Christina did an amazing job helping us find our dream home. Her attention to detail and hard work rival all other realtors in our area. Her enthusiasm and information made it easy for me and anyone new to the purchasing process. We highly recommend her services.

Christina helped us sale a beach and buy a country house. I also loved the painting she did of my beach house and gave me at closing..

Christina helped us sell our beach house and buy our country house within 5 months time. She is a great negotiator, great with paperwork, and great closing the deal.

What a ride! Christina represented us as buyer and seller. In January, the coldest day of the year, we negotiated a contingent offer on buying my country house. When May's deadline was approaching rapidly we had to do some creative selling on my beach house. We dropped the price several times, removed all furniture, restaged , had open houses, and marketed on Facebook and Zillow. A lot of interest but no offers. Very stressful but we all stayed positive. So our final thought was to do an Auction. On Mother's Day we accepted the cash bid. Christina met with buyers and we had a sell. We closed 11 days later and closed on country house May 26 one day before our contract ended on country house. Thank you Christina.

We would definitely recommend Christina! She is very attentive, hardworking and gets the job done.

I had the opportunity to work with Christina on a transaction and she was great!

Christina is by far the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with. She is responsive, respectful and an all around awesome human! Highly recommend working with her for your next real estate transaction!

As a lender I work with many different buyer’s agents. I can tell you, they are NOT all the same. A great buyer’s agent can 100% make a transaction go without a hitch and Christina is a GREAT buyer’s agent! All of her purchases have been seamless and she makes the process very easy!

Christina Howard was great to work with. She helped us find the perfect location for our business. She was quick to respond on all transactions during the process. Look forward to doing more business in the future!
