Chris has always handled my real estate needs in Steamboat. He is very professional and knowable. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.
Dennis Carter Kansas City Mo.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable on the local real estate market and other important issues that arose during our negotiations and transaction. He was helpful in answering all questions and provided important guidance to us throughout the process. He was an asset to us in a process where there were many new and unfamiliar issues to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Wittemyer to anyone exploring the Steamboat area real estate market.
Chris is a great agent, knowledgeable and experienced in the local market and always available for questions and advice. He is my first choice when I think about making any move in real estate.
