Chris Watkins is awesome! She delightfully took care of all of my needs and helped make the purchase of my new home a smooth and easy transition. She was extremely supportive, knowledgeable and so very helpful both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home or property. Chris was an amazing realtor for us, she got us through some crazy up's and downs selling our house! I would definitely recommend her!!

Chris and Wendy were absolutely fabulous. Professional, patient and great communicators. They were a killer team and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I do many real estate transactions and Chris Watkins gets the award for MULTIPLE GOLD STARS AND STILL COUNTING! Chris, went above and beyond the expected, over and over again to solve difficult problems and facilitate the sale of my acreage for the benefit of both the seller (me) and the buyer. The real estate community needs more agents/brokers like Chris!

Chris Watkins did an excellent job selling our home in Newport. She was diligent, thorough and made sure to update us frequently since we were out of state. Chris made the process quick and easy.
