Chris Austin was beyond our expectations. He was recommended by my banker as he sold her house quickly and efficiently. We did not know him though, and we were a bit nervous, which is normal. We were selling our house that we lived in for 40 years. He was very kind and sincere and spent a lot of time explaining what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale He basically did everything for us. We understood he had done this many times before and boy did it show! there were times we couldn’t figure out how he could deal with all the contractors and little details. It was unreal .. SO guess what our house sold in less than a week and we were ecstatic! I could go on and on, but I will just say hire him end of story! You will not be sorry.
