I stumbled on Kiki’s name as I was searching Reddit for recommendations for realtors in the Williamsburg/Greenpoint area. In my experience, the majority of agents just don’t call you back, but as soon as I texted Kiki, she responded and we scheduled a phone call within the hour. Kiki was diligent in finding apartments that met our list of requirements and very organized in the way she compiled the available listings to share with us. She is warm and friendly, and she lives in the area so she knows it well. She was even willing to tour an apartment with us on Facetime when we were not able to get into the city and in doing so was very thorough in her inspection of the place. She asked questions that I would not have thought to ask! From the first phone call until move-in day, Kiki has been on top of every detail, and we are very happy with the end result!
