From shopping, to contracts, all the way to close - she made sure that I felt comfortable at every stage of the process, and was available whenever I needed her expertise, advice, or simply her opinions. I truly trusted Chi Chi's judgement and appreciated the time she tooke to ensure that I was well-informed when making some of the most important decisions a home buyer can make; her level of dedication and attention to detail was really impressive to me. Trying to find a house that was "the one" took me roughly six months, but Chi Chi had the vigilance of day one up until the very end of the process, and I couldn't be more thankful for that.
