Cheryl has helped me sell and buy three homes very quickly and easily. She brought me a terrific line up of buyers to close the deal on my rental property and she was very patient while I selected and purchased two other rental homes. We have another deal on the table which has taken a very long time while we work on a subdivision and she has been exceptionally patient and helpful with the buyer and all the work it has entailed.
