Cheryl was absolutely great! Not the first time buying a house, but certainly the easiest. She was able to find a location I knew nothing about which was better than any location I had scene in the past. One day and boom offer in. I love my new condo and the commute to work and play is very nice. You can't go wrong with Cheryl, if she doesn't know she will find out, but she's been doing this so long she probably knows everything anyway.

What can I say about Cheryl? Well first of all she's the best! We gave her a practically impossible task, at the 11th hour, with several moving parts and she didn't sweat and went right to work. She worked hard to find homes in our price range and with our criteria, and our limited timeline. At times it felt like we were her only client because it felt like we were the most important thing to her. I know this is not true as we heard her field other calls but still the attention given was stellar. Once we picked a home she was right there step by step, working with the lenders, working with the other agents and seller. I literally could go on and on but bottom line is this; if you want the best possible agent to represent your best interests look no further than Cheryl Menayas!!!
