Overall, I had a solid experience working with my realtor. She was dependable, communicative, and helped keep things moving throughout the process, which I appreciated—especially in such a big decision. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable who will see the process through.

Cheryl was pleasure to work with. She was supportive and thorough which made everything far less stressful especially with living out of state. She kept me informed and helped keep me on track from start to finish while being so understanding that I was selling a long term property and sometimes emotions crept up. I would recommend her to friends or family without hesitation.

There are enough accolades about Cheryl and her knowledge and experience in real estate. For myself real estate is more than building it’s her personality. She was there for me on this journey every step of the way! She a blessing for me and B&W local office and your corporate identity ! Paul Doering

There’s not accolades about my experience with Cheryl and her knowledge of the real estate business!! Like any business there is more to a positive experience than knowledge… it was her compassion and understanding during victories and when moments on anxiety developed. She was true blessing for me but also the Baird and Warner corporation and her local office!!! Paul Doering

Cheryl was my first experience working with an agent to find a home and she was amazing. I was in a tight spot of needing to move out of my current home and she was very caring an attentive to my needs. She found the perfect place for myself and 2 daughters and we couldn’t be happier. Professional with personal touch. She really cares about her clients!

Cheryl was excellent! She assisted me with finding a rental apartment and was very understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. She provided a very personal perspective on the apartments we toured as I am a woman living on my own and she has young daughters as well. I felt like she truly cared about the areas we looked at and my safety. She was also honest and transparent through the entire process and was very responsive to all messages and calls. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to rent or buy!

Cheryl is a lady of her word. She was patient and kind. She found us an amazing rental in a matter of time. Wonderful person to work with.
