We had the best experience working with Danae. She was extremely informative, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She is truly an expert within her market. She sold our home for top dollar and helped us find the perfect home that met all of our requirements.

Cheryl Huber's team transformed the stress of selling my home in Ventnor into smooth-sailing. From the initial listing to each prospective buyer view, to advising on offers made, to the closing, the team's guidance and advice were spot-on. With Cheryl's crew the entire process took less than 8 weeks. I'm delighted!

After a year of searching for a vacation home, we found ourselves in need of a new agent. We reached out to the Cheryl Huber team to tour a property and were connected with Danae. It was the best thing that could have happened for us. Although the transaction happened quickly, we never once felt pressured to make the purchase. She represented us well and gave evidence-based advice (comps) to submit a reasonable offer for both sides. She ensured we had ample time to review all the documents and the opportunity to ask any questions to do our due diligence. She was very responsive and on top of everything we needed. We were well prepared to close and it was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Danae and would not hesitate to work with her again.
