From day one, she was super helpful, down-to-earth, and always had our backs. We decided to go the new build route, which comes with its own set of challenges and a lot of waiting — but Cheryl made the entire experience so much smoother. She walked us through the whole process, explained what to expect, and even helped us ask the right questions during meetings with the builder. There were definitely a few stressful moments (as there always are with new construction), but Cheryl was always just a call or text away — quick to respond, honest, and incredibly supportive.
