Cheryl Hartle did an excellent job in executing are specific requests regarding the showing of our house. We had several bad experiences in the sale of our sale of our previous house requiring us to go through 3 different agents before we found one able to actually sell our house. Unfortunately the previous agents did not "sell" our house but merely showed if. Cheryl actually SOLD the house to prospective buyers. She attended all showings and pointed out to the prospective buyers the unique features and upgrades made to the house and property. As a result we had multiple offers in less that 5 days and sold above the asking price. I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl to anyone wanting an agent that will SELL their house to prospective buyers!
