Cheryl has assisted me on several real estate transactions through 4 moves! As has always been the case, she is professional, diligent and her experience and education always support the detail and knowledge required to safely and effectively buy and/or sell a property in Tennessee. She mentions often how important ongoing support and updated education from Crye-Leike is to her professional life! She has a great deal of respect for that process! I appreciate more than I can write her genuine care for all the parameters considered in changing homes…including the transitions of aging or loss of a spouse. There is a holistic picture to her work that translates as authentic and personal without the loss of her professional status. Her work ethic has no peer and her enthusiasm for life in general makes buying a home a lovely experience.

Cheryl has represented us through 3 sales over the years and we wouldn’t consider anyone else! She is detailed, knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. She is nuanced about the personal, emotional considerations for a seller who is downsizing, an important part of the process. She can be counted on for promptness and displays a professional demeanor that represents Crye-Leike well! Simply said, you are safe in her hands….safe that Tennessee laws are being followed, safe that the constraints of privacy are followed and safe that her advice comes from a wealth of experience. She models the very best of respect for the process and addressing each encounter with respect as well as a kindness too rare these days.

Cheryl is the best in the business. It is comforting to have her assist us through the home buying and selling process as she is so detail oriented and knowledgeable. We can’t say enough good things about Cheryl and recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Cheryl Ballesteros is a very professional agent. We have worked with her several times and would recommend her highly.

Cheryl Ballesteros was our agent. Cheryl is outstanding! This is the 3rd time we have had Cheryl as our agent and we were once again, completely satisfied. She is on top of everything! From beginning to end she made our process and transaction smooth and easy. She is by far the best agent at Crye-Leike. I hope they appreciate her as much as we do. She has always been very knowledgeable and keeps everyone informed. I could go on for days, but she is truly the best and we recommend her to all of our friends and family.

Cheryl was the most amazing agent and surpassed all of our expectations. She spent all day with us one Saturday and helped us to find the house of our dreams that afternoon. After thoroughly going through the contract with my husband and myself, she then stayed in constant communication with us and was able to get us in touch with an incredibly competent underwriter, structural engineer, inspection company, and loan agent. Lastly, she worked incredibly hard to ensure that our best interests were always prioritized!

Cheryl made the home selling process so easy for me. She is caring, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Cheryl is an excellent realtor!

Cheryl Ballesteros is a consummate professional......stays on focus regardless of the issues that can, and do, arise. She provides clear and concise communication as well as instruction for client responsibilities.....all done in a respectful manner that fosters a good relationship and moves the process along in a timely fashion. Her long experience is evident in the methodical way she approaches each step of the process required to buy and/or sell your home. She is conversant and knowledgeable about community assets as well as the assets of the home.....and how those assets play into living in a specific area. One of the strengths we so admire is how aware she is of the whole process.....in our case, downsizing was an emotional journey as well as a move to a new home. In short, she works to make a move as stress free as it can be......and she simply cares about the whole picture for her clients, a healthy and productive combination. Thanks, Cheryl!

Cheryl knows her business! She is professional in every respect but engages in a way that is personal and gracious. She helped us with our last home purchase several years ago and we wouldn’t have considered anyone else for this experience. Downsizing for reasons of age is far more than just buying another home and she is very aware of the emotional component that attends the event. Discerning age related needs and planning for the future is a strength in her talents.

Cheryl was excellent from start to finish.
