Cherish is amazing. We are so grateful we used her. She worked miracles on our behalf, despite being insanely busy with other clients and rental properties that she manages. On that note, that is my only piece of feedback. She is very busy, so don’t expect her text messages to have punctuation, for example. She is extremely responsive, but with everything she manages, she has to just be fast. Her initial market analysis regarding the value of our home was a tad inflated as well, but I do think our specific house was hard to value because our particular street is very different than the surrounding areas. All things considered, she did a great job and helped us get where we wanted in a very timely way.
The best. No other way of saying it, Cherish made this process as easy and timely as possible. Every second spent felt like we were working towards the end goal and for that I am truly grateful. She is a hard worker and worthy of all the praise. Would recommend.
