This is the second time that we have used Cheri and just love her , she is always attentive to the wants and needs of the client, these are some if not the biggest decisions you will make and I don't see a way that I won't make these without Cheri ever!

Amazing to work with and knows her stuff!

I have ben working with Cherri for several years now, 10/10 recommend.

Cherri is excellent, 10/10 recommend.

When we first visited North Topsail Beach, NC in 1991 we fell in love with the beach life and shortly afterward Cheri Prince Shepard came into our lives. She showed up at the unit we were renting to bring us a mirror to put on the AC Controls. We purchased in 1998. Over the years we realized that Cheri is "one of a kind" in relationships and professionalism. She goes out of her way to care for her clients by promptly finding answers and responding to issues. She' is always willing to "jump right in" and "get the job done". When we decided to list our unit for sale in Spring 2024 there was no need for discussion who we would choose. Cheri was our agent!. We never had any doubt that she would find our buyer. Cheri exhibited her excellent realtor skills acting in our behalf. She jumped right in with helpful suggestions for us to "stage" the unit for SALE. Cheri remained in constant contact with us keeping us informed of the real estate activity in the area. She made helpful suggestions on pricing to stay competitive in the market and "staging " suggestions plus changes to make the unit appeal to the purchaser. Cheri applied what she knew about what the potential buyers wanted when "looking to buy".She kept watch on the unit and made certain it was freshened for showing. She acted on our behalf with all issues. If we had to do it over again we would go with Cheri.

This lady made sure to explain everything to us. And if Cheri didn't know how to proceed, she would find the way for us. Selling a house was challenging and Cheri helped us throughout the process. Thank you Cheri

Cheri was AMAZING! As a first time home buyer, she was available and very responsive to every question and concern we had throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Cheri highly enough! From start to finish Cheri made the process of selling a home from out of state absolutely seamless. She organized all of the staging, photos, and listing within a matter of a few days. She took the extra time and effort to come see the house and make sure we were positioning ourselves for the best sales price possible. When it came time for the showings, Cheri and her team had a fantastic feedback loop that was able to keep us informed on how the house was showing. All the way through the closing process Cheri alleviated all work, worries, and stress from us being miles away.
