Cheri was the perfect agent for me. She was very knowlegable and helpful. She guided me through the whole process. She was firm with the other agent and the buyer to negotiate the best options for me.

Cheri is patient. She responds quickly. She has great input as to suggestions during the process. She keeps us very informed as to the process.

Cheri and her team worked with us on a complicated sale. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring. I highly recommend Cheri and her team!

2nd time Cheri has helped with a sale. And will use her when we sell last unit.

Working with Cheri could not have been better, she worked real hard to sell our house.

Cheri was great to work with. She made the entire process easy for me.

Everything exceeded our expectations!
