She went above and beyond at every step from staging to negotiating to representing our interests at every turn. The level of service and thoughtfulness was not something I had ever seen and I have bought and sold a lot of real estate.

We bought our house based on videos and pictures because we have complete trust in Charlotte. She listened carefully and understood what we wanted in a home. She pointed out the pros/cons of each property and was transparent from the start. She was available 24/7 and worked overtime on issues with our appraisal during COVID. What a smart, savvy agent to have help when your appraisal goes sideways during a pandemic. We are forever grateful to her for helping us with our search from out of state.

I would recommend Charlotte Sanders to anyone that is trying to sell their home. Our home was on the market with very little activity for 8 months and our Realtor was out of ideas on what to do next. That’s when we decided to make the switch to Charlotte. After one visit to the home, she had multiple ideas and suggestions for us on what she would change then went to work. Since the home was empty she thought it would be a great idea to virtually stage the home so people could see how the layout could look. I believe this is the reason the traffic levels went way up. Along with taking care of the little things like making sure the blinds we all up for better lighting in the home to buy the brightest lights she could find and made sure they all matched. She met with our landscaper to make sure the landscaping was up to ours and her standard. With all the work Charlotte did our home had multiple offers with in the first week. Charlotte is a true closer and my wife and I are very happy with her professionalism and get it done mentality. Using the right Realtor does matter and Charlotte is the RIGHT ONE!

I was referred to Charlotte through a colleague of mine who couldn’t stop raving about her – and Charlotte did not disappoint! Her warm, welcoming personality, mixed with her deep knowledge of the Austin area made for a stress-free home buying experience. I was one of those individuals that was clueless about the whole buying and selling homes process, but that and so much more changed after I was introduced to Charlotte. The relationship we have now has gone beyond the typical realtor/client relationship. As a real estate agent, I appreciated her patience with me as the description of what kind and what I wanted in a home was pretty vague. We were able to hone in on the style and "big asks" that I just had to have in a house. Charlotte quickly came up with a plan and a list of homes that were in my price range and preferred types of areas. Again, patience was needed due to my pickiness. After weeks and weeks of searching and showing, she was able to find me a home that I LOVED, and negotiate a price MUCH lower than asking price! After the purchase of the home, she put me in touch with other great individuals.... from furnishing the house, redoing my floors and cabinets, and rewiring the house, to simple things like power washing and helping me make sure all of my utilities were all set up. She literally held my hand through the whole process. Charlotte did all of this while fixing up, showing, and selling the place I owned downtown for asking price!!! All and all she has been everything I've needed (from agent, to friend, to mothering type) any time I've needed it. I would recommend her to any of my friends, and there is a 100% chance that I will be using her again when I'm ready to move to a new home!
