Charlotte was so good with us - we weren’t in a hurry but she was so patient and we looked at so many homes to really understand what we wanted. And when we were ready to move forward with an offer, she was so quick and on top of everything that it made the process so much easier. She always checked in on us and was quick to get us in to see houses - she honestly made buying our first home not as stressful and we wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. All the way up until closing, she made sure we had everything we needed and communicated so well. We can’t thank her enough and we’d refer her to everyone we know because of how great she was.
