I really appreciated having Charlie Jenkins in my corner for my first home shopping/buying experience. She was very responsive to questions and very flexible with walkthrough requests. She really shined when a less than stellar inspection report came back and helped drive to get many of the concerning item fixed by the seller prior to closing.
