Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable throuighout the whole process of selling a house that I was the trustee on. He came prepared to the first meeting with information on similar houses in the area that had recently sold, he explained the steps in putting it on the market, and gave us the CMA in a timely manner.
This was a very long process, starting in November and was completed in July when we finally passed papers on the sale.

There were a lot of unusual circumstances that went along with this Family Trust; and many times, I had to send Charlie a message asking advice about the tenant, the beneficiaries, the removal of items left behind, and he always responded quickly and efficiently. He is very reliable and honest, which made me feel at ease with the house sale. He worked hard to please all of the parties involved.
