Charles always responded promptly to my calls. He always coordinated home visits that were convenient to my schedule. Charles always provided all the available documents on listings.
Mr. Mcmahon was amazing, he spent so much time coordinating additional property visits with the sellers realtor, assisted with negotiating additional items we were interested in and also made significant contributions in protecting our interests. We have used him on other property purchases and sales and he is the hardest working realtor we have ever worked with. We recommend him to everyone. Great job Charlie!
Charlie has helped us to find the home that we’ve been looking for! As a first time buyer, my experience with Charlie had been nothing but outstanding. Charlie always acted on our best interest and provided us with above and beyond information that made our house purchase ran smoothly. The open conversation and transparency that he’s shown is something that my husband and I really appreciate. Can not thank him enough for all the help and assistance that he’d provided!!
