An Outstanding Real Estate Agent – Charles I cannot say enough wonderful things about Charles and the exceptional job he did as my real estate agent in South Carolina. Dealing with real estate matters from another state can be stressful and overwhelming, but Charles made the entire experience so much easier. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me. What impressed me most was his dedication and genuine willingness to help. He wasn't just concerned about getting the job done; he truly cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Charles was dependable, responsive, and always treated me with kindness and respect. Having someone I could trust throughout this process meant more to me than he probably realizes. I am incredibly grateful for everything Charles did, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent in South Carolina. Thank you, Charles, for going above and beyond. Your hard work and kindness will never be forgotten! — Melony Inman

Charles is the best! This was the 5th transaction in which Charles has been my agent, both buying and selling. He handles everything involved in the real estate transaction. Charles has so much experience in real estate and his expertise is invaluable to make the transactions flow smoothly. Thank you Charles!! 10 STARS!! I highly recommend Charles as your agent.

Charles is a great relator! Very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions that we had. He made the first time homeownership process seamless. Charles had a no pressure attitude, and down to earth personality made us feel at ease. He is very professional and has a lot of market knowledge. He helped reduced stress by guiding us through the process. We couldn’t have done this without him!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Charles and Carolina One. Charles worked so hard to find us the perfect home. It was the most challenging international move we have ever done. Throughout our search we had several unexpected challenges that came up along the way whether it was due to Visa delays, or job changes through every up and down Charles kept the experience positive and he kept showing us homes and he didn't give up on us. Charles always kept momentum going and sent us tons of home options and was able to change our wish lists and location choices with just an email because those also changed more then once. We were new to Real Estate in South Carolina so there was so much to learn about living in this area such as Flood Zones, and thanks to Charles he educated us on everything we needed to know. His extensive experience in Real Estate, bylaws and home inspections was priceless. There were so many nuances during the purchase of the home and the house closing he was always one step ahead of everyone. Charles always asked the right questions and went to bat for us over and over to make sure this deal happened for us. He was so well experienced we never once felt that we needed to do anything on our own. We think of Charles more as a friend rather then just our agent. We were so grateful for him in our experience. I don't think our home purchase could have happened if it had of been anyone else but Charles. We would use Charles Holliday, and his team at Carolina One for any real estate deals in the future and would recommend them to friends, family, and co workers. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.

Have used Charles as my agent for 14 years, with many transactions. His attention to the details is unmatched! He is the best!!

We have used Charles for years because HE IS THE BEST!!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for his clients. He has helped us buy and sell multiple homes in Charleston since 2013. We wouldn't use anyone else! We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Charles has helped us with 2 buys and a sell over the years and he is awesome! He is professional, patient and dedicated to seeing us through the process. Our home is beautiful and worth the wait we endured with a difficult builder. Charles listened (often) to our frustrations and guided us as we were making tough decisions. We feel this is our forever home - thank you Charles!!!!

Charles is very knowledgeable and professional. A great listener, he quickly learned what we were looking to buy, providing excellent guidance through our decision making process. Charles makes home buying easy, he is very personable, polite, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend, and we will do business again!

Trust is a word I use when thinking of Charles Holliday. That is very hard earned and not an easy feat to get me to trust someone. Well done again Charles. I will continue to work with him on my next investment.

Charles Holliday demonstrated knowledge, experience, dedication, integrity, and professionalism in assisting us with the sale of a lot. When some potential issues arose, he used multiple resources and problem-solving skills for all involved. I would like to express my greatest appreciation and praise for his realtor services!
