He helped us come up with a fair asking price and he got us an offer above what we thought we could get for our home, in less than a month after we listed it. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Hank. Not only did he listen to what we wanted without pushing anything but he also showed a lot of patience with us. Some people are in here for the money and their commission but this can’t be further from the truth for Hank. If you want someone who truly cares about finding the house for you, work with him.
