This training was very helpful with practical suggestions for successfully farming a neighborhood. I would love more panels like this to see how other successful agents within our brokerage are doing different activities to grow their business! Thought the different approaches were helpful. Proved agents do not have to have a perfect approach, just be consistent and visible to their farm. Also made it clear that it takes time for a farm to begin producing; don't stop until the magic happens.

I really enjoyed the Vacant Land Class. There was so much useful information discussed and topics that I would have never even thought of. It was super educational, and best of all, it enabled agents like me, who have never dealt with land, become more comfortable with the thought of representing a customer for a land sale or purchase. Classes like this one, that BHHS offers to their agents is a huge reason why I absolutely love this company. Diane Howard always puts so much effort into all of the educational classes, and I am very grateful. Here's to more insight and education.
