i found Ceceilia's info on a supermarket shopping cart years before i would sell my house in Westchester! when i was ready to sell in December/January of 2025/2026, i contacted her when i already moved out of the house and was living far away in Queens...when we finally listed the house for sale, not only i had already left the country visiting my ailing mom at home, the huge snow storm would hit NYC in the upcoming weekend so we decided just to list it and see the market reaction then do open house later...however, she got so many phone calls requesting for showings, so she got all the appointments lined up and shoveled and cleared a pathway with 2' of snow for people to access the house...3 days in a row, she would tirelessly show the house with all the snow on the ground...once we have accepted the offer, she continued to visit my house to check on the heater, the electricity...or call someone to fix whatever was needed while i was living in Queens...i did not need to step into the house until few days before the closing! her care and attention to everything ensured me a peace of mind! her years of experience in real estate also helped me netvigate the process with proper paperwork smoothly.... you will be in good hands with Cecilia!
