When we entered the home buying process, we anticipated finding a home rather quickly, but the market and the interest rates changed, and what we thought would be easy, ended up being quite hard. The process took years! But the timeline wasn’t at all impacted by Catrina. It was our choice. She advised us that the market would not change and that fast and aggressive offers were required to win a home. She was 110% right, but we could not come to terms with paying more than we thought the home was worth, so we continued to try and try again. Catrina accepted what we were comfortable with. She never pressured us to accept a home we did not want, she had a quick response to every question, she rearranged her schedule to get us a quick showing, (while raising two small children I might add), she noted potential safety hazards or concerns related to raising our own children, pointed out potential repairs, and when we finally had our offer accepted she was FANTASTIC at negotiating and defending our inspection requests. She is a realtor that will go bat for you and she’ll hit hard. Outside of being a realtor, she is a CrossFit coach. She is the most mentally and physically strong female I know. You will not regret choosing a warrior like her to find and fight for the right home.
