She went up and beyond what I thought a Realtor would do to make sure everything was just perfect for us to move into our home. She is very hard-working, friendly, and even helped. Catrina is amazing! We have worked with her three times now, having purchased two homes and sold one, and she’s an absolute wonder! She truly takes the time to get to know her clients and figure out exactly what they’re after.
Our most recent home purchase was a tough job. We had a ton of requirements for our “forever home” and a relatively tight budget and Catrina took it all in stride! She immediately went on the hunt and we saw probably 10-15 houses before we landed on ours. She was incredibly thorough every showing, going through all the nooks and crannies and pointed out any issues she saw. She even went through crawl spaces to give it a sniff test and check out the beams! She’s not afraid to crawl around and make sure everything’s in tip-top shape.
For our house sale Catrina even offered to come help me paint to get it ready for market! While we were under contract the house unfortunately didn’t appraise for our list price. Catrina went to bat for us and had it reassessed and the price brought up closer to our listing price. She was amazingly cool headed when my husband and I were ready to throw in the towel and kept us on board and up to date on the swiftly changing situation. Because of her we were able to sell without having to drop the price very much at all.
I always recommend her to people wanting to purchase a home, and lovingly refer to her as a “bulldog”. Very detail oriented, thorough, incredibly helpful, and will fight for you if things go sideways! We aren’t planning on purchasing another home any time soon, but when we do I know exactly who to call!
