Cathy is a one in a million realtor! She knows her stuff in and out and is relentless in the details and ensuring that every single rock is overturned in both the sale and purchase of a new home. In 2020, we selected Cathy to help sell our home in Vickery as well as purchase a new home with significant acreage in Dawsonville. Either of the negotiations were easy but Cathy handled everything with such ease and precision and we know we were in great hands with her! I have recommended her to anyone I know looking to sell or purchase a new home and she has successfully assisted them as well. She is best in class and an absolute pleasure to work with! She comes highly recommended by the Vasquez Family!
