As we were out of the area, we spoke with her to give her the parameters of the house we would like and the areas in which we wanted to live. She checked out properties that met these parameters and she used FaceTime to show us each property, pointing out the high points and low points. This personal attention was greatly appreciated. When we came back to town, she had a list of properties to visit. As we were in town for only 3.5 weeks, we appreciated the personal attention she gave to this list by narrowing down the many choices available to only the ones that would meet our criteria. She told us about others, but we chose not to look at certain homes, but that was our choice. When we found the house we chose, we put in an offer immediately, Katherine presented it and we were the lucky ones to have this be our new home, when we returned to Georgia. Even with multiple offers, Katherine was able to help us achieve our goal of purchasing our beautiful home prior to leaving and having it accepted by the sellers. She was able to expedite the purchase in order for us to sign papers to accommodate our travel plans. Katherine is very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. She knows about the areas in which she shows and if you have any questions about something that she cannot answer immediately, she will always go to the office and investigate the information and contact us within an hour.
