They were supportive of how we wanted to proceed while giving advice and ideas on how to get there; they did not push any personal agendas. They were knowledgeable about the various issues involved. Their proposed market price was almost exactly the same as that of the other agency we were considering. They were always reachable to take questions, and they kept us completely up-to-date on what was happening including feedback from showing agents and potential coming offers. They gave good feedback on offers, and whether to wait or proceed. They put us in touch with a contractor needed to complete the buyer's requested item. We were so glad we found them!
