We have had great experiences with both Carrie Kaushal as well as Pavan Kaushal. Carrie was very helpful in helping us quickly view a new listing . We enjoyed speaking with her regarding the usual procedures used in purchasing a property which helped us to make some informed decisions regarding this particular property.

I can’t recommend Pavan highly enough! my experience with him has come full circlefrom being a tenant in July 2023 having him as a landlord, and now having him assist me with purchasing my own home. Throughout every step, Pavan has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me make the right decisions. He made the entire process feel comfortable and straightforward, and I truly appreciate the trust and relationship we’ve built over the years. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile, I strongly recommend Pavan’s services. Thank you, Pavan, for being there through every chapter of this journey!

Pavan was exceptional from start to finish. He guided us through both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one with professionalism, honesty, and outstanding communication. He was always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and worked hard to ensure everything stayed on track. His market knowledge and negotiation skills gave us confidence every step of the way, and we truly felt he had our best interests at heart. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but Pavan made the experience as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy real estate professional.

Carrie was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient.

Pavan could not have made the experience of buying our first home easier or more pleasant. He gave us honest advice and listened to our concerns and needs to make sure we got the perfect property for us and felt confident during negotiations. He had contacts to a lot of excellent people post sale to help with contracts, condo reviews, etc. we couldn’t recommend him more!!

Made everything easy and smooth
