Caroline was very friendly and helpful. Because I live in another state, she handled most of the things I could not do in South Carolina. She quickly found a buyer for my property and stayed in touch to keep me updated.

This is a very very hard working woman. We had several real estate agents come to our home and tell us we would not have a chance buying another home. We were living in a small home in Berkeley county at the time and our family had gotten bigger. A family member introduced us to carolyn. She saw with so many other so-called professionals didn't. She aligned us with several Banks and mortgage brokers. She would get in her car for hours and hours to view houses. Most of the banks and mortgage brokers do not work. She did not stop till she find one that did. We linked up with a bank that told us exactly what to do in the next 6 to 8 months to be able to purchase a house. On the second attempt she took us to view more houses. She would send us houses all day all night and check on us periodically. She has the heart of a teacher and very very patient. Finally 9 months later we were able to purchase a second home and she help us with renting out the first. Within the next year she helped us purchase a house for my mother. Since then she has helped in the purchase based on our recommendations on two different houses for other family members. She is the real estate agent I recommend to anyone inquiring. She will not stop until she gets you your wishes or you all come to conclusion that is not possible at this time. She is a godsend. A hard-working, ethical, God fearing woman.
