Carolyn Walsh did a fabulous job in marketing and selling our home. Carolyn is a true professional and a lovely person. She made the process a positive one from start to finish. We highly recommend working with Carolyn. She’s amazing - thorough, conscientious, fair minded, professional, and a great communicator. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to sing her praises! She deserves every one and more.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Carolyn Walsh from start to finish. Simply put, she is very good at her job. Carolyn is detail oriented (everyone says this but she truly is!), knowledgeable, hard working, and patient, qualities we greatly appreciated in a realtor. Without going into too much detail, we had a lot going on in our personal lives at the time we wanted to buy a home. I was newly postpartum with babies number 3 and 4 and really needed someone who was going to be able to focus us during our very limited “free time”. Carolyn met us where we were and never made us feel like we were an imposition. I truly believe if it weren’t for her deeply understanding our needs and priorities, we would never have bought our home in Winchester, one of the most competitive towns in Massachusetts. She went above and beyond every step of the way. We will not hesitate work with her again. Any buyer would be lucky to have Carolyn on their side.

Carolyn's thoughtful preparation, strategic thinking, attention to detail, market knowledge and understanding of our house, and what the plan should be, AND understanding our family and how that plan should best be executed, exceeded all expectations! I will forever remember the house sale as hard work but fun, with many laughs and conversations about life in a state of change. I am so grateful that we sold quickly, not really understanding until afterwards what it would have meant to deal with the house on the market for months. While we were initially reluctant to "stage" the house, the AI photos Carolyn prepared of our home were incredibly impactful and certainly made a huge difference in our decisions around preparing our home. We would recommend Carolyn to anyone looking to sell their home, without reservation.

In a word our experience working with Carolyn Walsh from BHGRE was - exceptional. Her attention to detail, strong listening skills and smart strategic thinking made our search an absolute pleasure. We are grateful for Carolyn's incredibly hard work and determination to help find our forever home and market / sell the home we left (garnering 4 offers all above asking).

Deciding to sell our house was difficult. We could not have made a better decision than to work with Carolyn. She provided a calming influence in a very hectic time. She was patient and provided realistic expectations. Her professional advise on how and when to market our home was invaluable. We were thrilled to work with Carolyn, you could not find a better agent. She was thoughtful and thorough - and the result was fantastic.
