Carolyn was excellent in helping my fiance and I purchase our first home! She offered us continuous guidance as we navigated the confusing journey of home buying. Carolyn was quick to answer our text and calls throughout the entire process no matter what time of day. Even when we came to an unexpected hurdle in the loan process, she was there to help us quickly solve the issue and get us back on track to close on time. Carolyn was an excellent resource for us. She is the kind of person that will fight for you to get things done the way you want them. Plus she has a very friendly and down-to-earth personality - we really enjoyed working with her!

Carolyn was a great help in finding our new home. She was patient as we explored different options and very knowledgable of the housing market in the Valley. She looked out for our best interest every step of the process by surrounding herself with professional home inspectors, settlement agents, etc. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Carolyn was fantastic to work with. As first home buyers we felt protected and helped in figuring out what would work for us. She went above and beyond and we highly recommend her to interested buyers.

Was extremely helpful through the entire process of buying my first home. She is very knowledgable with the surrounding area. I would highly recommend her to others. She goes above and beyond to help. She always returned my calls/emails/text in a timely manor. She is AWESOME!!!

Carolyn is a pro and we could not have been more thrilled with her work on selling our home. From the initial visit to list to negotiating the contract we had honest and timely communication. She pointed out exactly how to best stage our home and it is very apparent she knows what she is talking about as we had not 1 but 2 full price offers within seven days from listing. She guided us through each phase of the contact with ease and always had our best interest. Carolyn is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about and strives to deliver the best to her clients. She is not full of pipe dreams but realistic and forthcoming which we found refreshing. If you are looking for an agent to list with or to buy through you will not be disappointed as Carolyn will provide you with a level of service second to none.

Buying a new home-and relocating to a new area-can be a stressful time; however, Carolyn's knowledge, professionalism, and care made our experience a positive one. Relocating from 'up North," we were somewhat unfamiliar with the Staunton market and we relied heavily on Carolyn's expertise as we viewed a number of homes. Ever patient and wiling to accommodate our schedules, Carolyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to exceed our expectations and to respond to our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured our rushed, rather, we felt that Carolyn was truly working with us to obtain the perfect home for our new life in Virginia. We simply couldn't be more pleased with the process of purchasing our new home and know that Carolyn's years of experience made this process a smooth one.?We highly recommend Carolyn for your real estate needs. Although we are thrilled with our new home and don't plan to be in the market any time soon, we certainly know who we would turn to for future real estate needs.

Carolyn worked very hard to sell our home in a difficult market. There were times she helped our son clean the house and the yard for the many open houses she held. She worked with a couple of offers/situations requiring some sensitive negotiations before our home was sold.

Carolyn was very responsive to my needs. Within hours of contacting her, Carolyn compiled a list of properties that matched my "Must Haves" list wonderfully. This year, I was faced with the challenge of relocating from one state to another, and within a short amount of time. It was not easy, but working with Carolyn was a great experience because she did not waste my time or hers scheduling viewings of properties that did not meet the majority of my preferences.?I found Carolyn very friendly and forthcoming with information about neighborhoods and historical data that might be useful to me in making my final decision.?I highly recommend her as an agent who is professional at all times, responsive, and diligent in providing timely service.

I just can't say enough about my experience! Carolyn found the house for me. It was way out of my price range, she was amazing negotiating! I had a few crazy last minute things pop up as they always do and she new who to call and pulled it together before I had time to stress about it, and got me the deal of a lifetime!

It was a pleasure doing business with Carolyn. She sold my home in downtown Staunton and assisted in finding and purchasing my new home in Charlottesville. Carolyn worked with me on locating a mortgage lender and also aided with the communication to the builder. She also helped with finding me a place to live in the interim. I would definitely recommend her.
