We have used Carolyn for 2 different home sales in the last 4 years. Carolyn is an outstanding realtor that cares about her clients. She is our go to realtor, always keeps us informed, prices our home just right so we receive top dollar, excellent negotiating skills. Very proffesional!

I had a great experience with Berkshire Hathaway. Carolyn Brotherton was an excellent realtor. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and very caring on a personal level. She follows up to make sure her clients are taken care of and happy. We are so glad we had the pleasure of working with her. Thanks!

Carolyn did a fantastic job finding us the perfect home. She was friendly, punctual and was very responsive to our needs. She went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
